So you've been drooling over the Kindle 3G or Kindle Wi-Fi for awhile, but your desire to buy a Kindle and your bills haven't converged favorably.  I understand that.  A Kindle 3G or pay the electric bill?  Hmmm, electric bill wins every time.

But you do have a computer or a laptop, if you didn't you wouldn't be reading this blog.  So while you're waiting for the universe to align so you can buy your Kindle, may I suggest the free Kindle reading apps for PC, MAC or ipad.  This gives your pc or laptop the capabilities of a Kindle without the Kindle.  You can purchase books and download to your pc, laptop, iphone or ipad.  Is it worth it?  Let me say this if you love to read, definitely a big yes.

I downloaded the Kindle Reading App for PC onto my laptop in a matter of minutes -- that's how easy it is.  And started using it right away.  It comes with three books for your reading pleasure so you can start using it right away.  Once you start using your free Kindle reading app, you'll find it hard to resist adding more books to your library.

You may not be able to afford the Kindle 3G or Wi-Fi right now; but you can afford to buy books to add to your library.  Books usually cost about $9.99 and download directly to your device.  Think about how much money you can save, time driving to the bookstore, the high cost of gas (can you believe how much a tank of gas has gone up to? over $3.29 a gallon), or ordering books online and paying shipping and still having to wait for them to arrive.  You know shipping costs are going to go up because of rising gas prices. With your free Kindle Reading App, just purchase your book or books and download to your device.  No gas, no shipping costs.
